Real-Life Analysis of New Cabinet Products, Empowering Teams for a New Journey
Showroom New Products Craftsmanship and Structure
In September 2025, Phase 2 of the ALLURE Cabinetry Product Training Camp was successfully concluded. Director Hu from the R&D department personally led the training, focusing on "real-life analysis of showroom new products + systematized knowledge empowerment." This new cabinet product training aimed at sales and design teams to help them master the core value of new products and solidify their business foundation.
Systematic Introduction
Overview of New Showroom Products & Space Design
The training began with the "Overview of New Showroom Products & Space Design" on August 25-26, marking the start of Phase 2. A total of 138 people from various departments, including the business, design, process, and branding departments, participated in this training, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent in-depth analysis.
Real-Life Teaching
Immersive Experience, Unlocking the Core Value of ALLURE Cabinetry New Products
This training broke the traditional "classroom-based" teaching mode, moving the core teaching scenes to the showroom. Director Hu from the R&D department led the team throughout, focusing on immersive analysis of the latest products from the ALLURE Cabinetry series. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the training adopts a refined model of "multiple rounds and small batches" to enable each team member to better understand the significance and value of the new product.
■ Business-Specific Training
From September 2 to September 9, five offline new product training sessions were conducted, covering a total of 53 participants from the business team. The training explained the target user needs, market positioning, and competitive advantages of the products displayed in the showroom. It helped the team establish the connection from "product characteristics to user value."
■ Design-Specific Training
On September 17-18, two offline new product training sessions were held, with a total of 44 design team members. Participants observed the appearance design, functional modules, and interactive details of the new cabinet products. Director Hu broke down the breakthroughs in material selection and technological innovation based on R&D logic, transforming the abstract "product advantages" into tangible "detail highlights."
■ Sufficient On-Site Interaction Time
The training reserved enough time for on-site interaction. Team members could ask questions regarding the new products' craftsmanship, usage scenarios, etc., and Director Hu, with his industry experience, answered them immediately, ensuring that every question was addressed on the spot.
In the showroom’s real-life environment, the products were no longer cold objects but became carriers of life aesthetics, with every detail telling the story of the pursuit of a high-quality life.
A Fresh Start
Creating Wonderful Experiences with Professional Service
The successful conclusion of Phase 2 of the ALLURE Cabinetry Product Training Camp is not just the end of knowledge transfer, but the starting point for the team to use the new products as a springboard to expand the business. We look forward to spreading the lifestyle concept advocated by ALLURE Cabinetry to more consumers who pursue a high-quality life through every product launch and every design presentation.
In the future, the team will carry a deep understanding of ALLURE Cabinetry's new products and connect with customer needs in a more professional manner, refining creative solutions to create more wonderful living experiences for customers.
