A: Our kitchens are fully bespoke and made-to-measure. We don’t use standard stock sizes or flat-pack units – every cabinet is designed for your exact space and storage needs.

Q2How do you make sure the measurements are correct from overseas?

A: We provide clear measurement guides and support you step by step. You can send us your plans, sketches and photos. We then double-check all dimensions in the design stage and only start production once every detail is confirmed.

Q3 How long does the whole process take?

A: As a guide, design and approvals usually take 1 weeks, production takes around 6~9 weeks and delivery to the UK takes around 3~6 weeks. We’ll give you a more accurate timeline once we know your project details.

Q4 Who installs the kitchen?

A: You can choose your preferred local installer.Additionally, we offer online installation guidance with detailed instructions and support throughout the process. If you prefer, we can also arrange on-site installation by our experienced team to ensure everything is perfectly installed and functioning.

Q5 Can you match my existing style or inspiration photos?

A: Yes. If you send us photos or links to kitchens you like, we can design a similar look using our bespoke doors, colours and materials – adapted to your exact space and budget.
